Credit card payments in favor of Uteguiden AS are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as UTEGUIDEN on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

These are our Terms and Conditions of your booking of a guiding/course with Uteguiden AS. Please note that by booking an activity with us you agree in these terms. Therefor we advice you to read through all these terms so that you have understood them before booking your activity with us.
1. How to book your activity
Contact us through the website (www.uteguiden.com), by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone +47 40 55 46 70 regarding your booking. You will get a confirmation on you booking by e-mail.
2. Booking – Payment
100% of the fee should be paid within 14 days after Uteguiden AS has confirmed the booking and sent out the paymentinformation. (or as otherwise agreed). Persons under 18 years who participate in the activity without adult companion need a permission from their parents. When the fee is paid the particpant agrees in the terms and conditions for Uteguiden AS.
a. If cancellation is done earlier than 15 days before the event starts the participant should pay 20 % of the event’s price.
b. If cancellation is done later than 15 days before, but earlier than 7 days before the event, the participant should pay 50 % of the event’s price.
c. If cancellation later than 7 days before the event, the participant should pay 100 % of the event’s price.
Change fee is 200 NOK per booking. Changes have to be done 7 days before the start of the event.
5. Organizer’s changes before events and cancellation
a. Uteguiden AS can change the agreements to the participants disadvantage only if it´s necessary due to outer circumstances or changed conditions.
b. The participant could withdraw from the agreement, if Uteguiden AS has explained that Uteguiden AS can´t fulfill what Uteguiden AS has promised to do and if this is of main importance for the participant. The participant should in reasonable time communicate to Uteguiden AS, that he/she wants to withdraw from the agreement. If not, he/she will loose his chance to withdraw from the agreement.
c. If the minimum number of participants isn´t reached (written on the page for each event), Uteguiden AS may cancel the event in reasonable time without giving the customer right to compensation. Uteguiden AS could offer a similar event at another time.
If the planned trip isn´t feasible because of the weather and snow-conditions, the participants will be offered alternative trips. In this case the participants will pay for the event that´s being implemented.
The following is valid for participant under 18 years;
a. Persons who are 16-18 years of age are allowed to participate alone
b. Under 16 years of age must be accompanied by one of the parents.
Uteguiden AS will not pay for costs caused by the participants lack of physical health or other personal reasons. If the participant decides to leave the event before the scheduled end, no refund is given to the customer. Uteguiden AS’ instructors have the right to reject participants, who´s lack of physical health or equipment prevents the group from fulfilling the event’s plan. Uteguiden AS’ instructors have the right to change the schedule/plan due to circumstances which are outside Uteguiden AS’ control.
9. Participants responsibility during event
a. The participant has to follow the instructions during the event given from the instructor or other person who Uteguiden AS hires. The participant has to respect the rules that are set up for the course, transports, course facilities etc and behave so that no other participant is disturbed. If these conditions are not followed, Uteguiden AS may cancel the contract.
b. The participant is responsible for any damage that he/she makes to Uteguiden AS through neglection, for example by not following the instructions or guidelines. The participant is also responsible for any offense towards Uteguiden AS or breaks of law during the event.
c. Participants who after the start of the event leaves it has to communicate this to Uteguiden AS.
10. Included in the price

Insurance is not included.
The participant should check that his or hers insurance covers the type of activity that is offered during the event, for example offpiste skiing, skitouring etc.
Whoever wants to complain on anything regarding the event must do so onsite. It must be done immediately and not by the end of the event/course. In this way we will get the chance to readjust and it is also a prerequisite for any written complaint. Written complaints must be sent to Uteguiden AS within two months after the event’s end. Answer should not be expected before this. If an agreement is done onsite it is not possible to claim any other/more compensation afterwards.
13. Dispute resolution
Parties should try to solve disagreements about the contract through negotiation. If the parties do not agree, the disagreement can be solved through a complaints board or in court.
